George Drury then took 5/37 and Elliot Hatton 2/55 as Bridge came up eight runs short with the final pair at the crease.
Pickering suffered a chastening home defeat in Championship Central.
Visitors Heworth batted first posting a formidable 271/6 from their 50 overs.
Joe Harland took 2/60, Pickering then slumped to 109 all out in 33 overs.
