Officers are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a collision at the junction of Cayton Low Road and Holme Hill, Eastfield.
The collision occurred at approximately 6.45am on Wednesday 19 August and involved a blue Skoda Fabia and a silver-coloured vehicle, which failed to stop at the scene following the collision.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, saw either vehicle in the area before the collision, or has relevant CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell camera footage, to get in touch.
