The Seasiders led but hosts Redcar Town battled back.
After 13 minutes, Brid were ahead. Ahmed Salam's driven cross was touched home by Joe Pratley for 1-0.
However, that was as good as it got for the Seasiders as their Northern League hosts took over after the break.
Goalkeeper Alex Baird saved well early in the second period, with Salam denied at the other end.
Baird saved twice in quick succession but the resulting corner saw Redcar stab home for 1-1, just after the hour.
Redcar then led after a misplaced headed back-pass stranded Baird for the home striker to nip in and score.
Toby Marriott headed just over at the other end, but Scott Kerr's men were eliminated after failing to level late on.
