Whitby Town Face Final Home Test of 2024

The Blues bring the curtain down on the year's home action on Saturday.

Gary Liddle's men face Derbyshire side Ilkeston at the Towbar Express Stadium.

Their consistently-inconsistent form has seen them trade wins and losses since Liddle took over in October and drew 1-1 at Morpeth.

Liddle spoke to Whitby Town TV after Saturday's 3-1 loss at promotion-chasing Guiseley, last weekend:

Last weekend's loss followed a 3-0 victory over Lancaster City:

Meanwhile, marksman Matty Tymon has returned to the club for a third spell and will be available for selection on Saturday:
