Scarborough Athletic will welcome back winger Harry Green from injury as they host Buxton on Saturday in a bid to escape the National North bottom four.
Crucial league points will be on the line this Saturday as Scarborough Athletic host Buxton at the Scarborough Sports Village.
The match against the Peak District visitors kicks off at 3pm, with Boro looking to secure a much-needed victory after dropping into the National North bottom four.
The squad will be boosted by a key return, as winger Harry Green is back in contention following a lengthy injury layoff.
Boro boss Jono Greening is delighted to welcome the winger back into the fold, though he warned that the player's minutes must be managed sensibly to avoid aggravating the issue.
He told SAFC TV it was a boost to have the ex Middlesbrough man back involved:
"Yeah, great. Obviously, he's not had much training, only two, three sessions, so we have to be careful with him. I know the situation we are in the league where you just want to throw him in, but we can't do that because he's been out for, you know, three or four months, so, we'll just take our time with him and bed him in slowly. But once we get a fit Harry Green fit, I think everyone will be happy."
The club have released a statement after adding to their squad on Friday:
'We are pleased to announce the loan signing of Josh McDonald from Leeds United, for an initial period of one month. A versatile attacker equally adept on either flank, McDonald put in a number of standout performances against experienced opposition as the Whites lifted the National League Cup, as well as featuring 14 times in the Premier League 2 under boss Scott Gardner. The winger has also received international recognition, making four appearances for Scotland’s Under-17s side. Thank you to Leeds United for trusting us with their player. Welcome to the Seadogs Josh
'The loan is subject to approval.'
Kick off is 3pm.
