The highly anticipated Rainbow Ball at Scarborough Spa has officially sold out, promising an unforgettable evening of entertainment to raise vital funds for The Rainbow Centre.
The Rainbow Centre's highly anticipated second charity ball at the Scarborough Spa has officially sold out.
The Rainbow Ball, set to take place on Saturday the 6th of June, will raise essential funds for the Scarborough charity, which has been supporting vulnerable people in the local community for almost 28 years.
Organisers have expressed their immense gratitude to the public, noting the amazing support from businesses, organisations, and individuals who have purchased tables and tickets for this year's event.
A spokesperson for The Rainbow Centre said:
"We are incredibly proud and grateful for the amazing support from businesses, organisations, and individuals who have purchased tables and tickets for this year's event. We can't wait to welcome both familiar faces and many new ones for what promises to be a fantastic evening."
Attendees of the black-tie event will begin their evening with a drinks reception, which will then be followed by a lavish three-course dinner designed to tantalise the taste buds.
As the night unfolds, guests will enjoy a packed entertainment line-up featuring Huge Party Band, event host and radio presenter Paddy Billington, and The Funky Tuesday Choir.

Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist Nancy Tilley is also set to make a special appearance at the Scarborough event.
The Rainbow Centre shared their excitement about the young musician joining the line-up, stating they are over the moon to share the big announcement and cannot wait to welcome her to what promises to be a night to remember.
Nancy's proud father, Paul, highlighted his daughter's impressive musical achievements ahead of the performance.
Paul said:
"Nancy is a Britain's Got Talent semi-finalist, a Grade 8 drummer, and has performed at the UK Drum Show at the Liverpool Arena. She's won awards at the Eskdale Festival of the Arts and Rotary Young Musician, and has played hundreds of gigs with me as a duo."
In addition to her performance at the event, the talented young drummer has kindly donated an exclusive drum lesson to the charity's Rainbow Auction.
The exciting charity auction will take place on the night, offering attendees the chance to win incredible prizes generously donated by local businesses. Those unable to attend the ball can still bid on fantastic items online via the charity's website at https://therainbowcentre.org/auction/
Guests will also have the opportunity to dance the night away to a lively DJ and Huge Party Band, a group who have reportedly sold out major venues a record 30 times and are known as the band that can please all of the people all of the time.
James Howard, fundraising officer at The Rainbow Centre, explained the decision to invite the band back for a second year.
James Howard said:
"after the success of last year's Rainbow Ball, it was only natural for us to book Huge Party Band again. They were so popular with everyone who attended and it was great to see people dancing the night away to a great band. We had over 200 people support us last year and we really hope to see you again on the night of 6th June 2026."
The Rainbow Centre helps the homeless as well as those in crisis across Scarborough, offering a variety of essential services.
These crucial services include a foodbank, a café, hot showers, laundry facilities, access to clothing, toiletries, and bedding, start-up packs for new homes, and a dedicated debt advice service.
All money raised from the ball will go directly towards the running of the centre, ensuring they can continue to support those who need it most.
Organisers are reminding the public that while tickets are sold out, there is still time to get involved and support the cause by purchasing raffle tickets online at rainbowraffle.org.
