With the bat, Boro added 41 from Ben Squires and Ben Milburn's 59.
But they slipped from 169/6 to 210 all out as Seamer secured a 23-run victory with four overs remaining.

In the same division, struggling Scalby had a convincing victory in their derby with third-placed Folkton & Flixton.
Kris Johnson (108) and Dave Morris (113) both hit superb centuries as Scalby posted an imposing 311/6 from 50 overs after choosing to bat first.
Marley Ward took 4/61 for Folkton & Flixton.
However, they were then steamrollered for just 134 with Paul Hesp taking 6.33 and Lachlan Cooke 3/41 to secure a 177-run thrashing.
Wykeham were brushed aside despite Harry Amstell's 44 in their 225/9.
Visitors Beverley 2nds eased home by eight wickets despite Harry Hutchinson picking up two scalps.
