North Marine Road plays host to Yorkshire and Sussex in the four-day County Championship, starting on Thursday.
Yorkshire CCC have confirmed that England wicket-keeper/batsman Jonny Bairstow will feature in the clash.
Former England test opener and Scarborough Cricket Club's Whitby-born opener Adam Lyth is also in the 13-man squad announced on Wednesday.
Scarborough CC say tickets are still available, included a limited number of hospitality places.
