The match officials have taken both Scarborough and Darlington Players off the pitch at the Flamingo Land Stadium.
Play in Scarborough Athletic's bank holiday fixture against top of the table Darlington was suspended earlier following reports of discriminatory language being shouted from the stands.
The match officials lead both sets of players off the pitch shortly after Darlington scored their third goal.
There were reports of a cup being thrown at the players from the stand and of discriminatory language being used.
Both Sets of Fans were warned about discriminatory via the tannoy system.
Shortly afterwards Boro put out the following tweet
We would like to emphasise that discriminatory language of any nature will not be tolerated.

Darlington FC have published an appeal on their website for help identifying spectators involved in a first half incident. The club say
"During the first half of the game at Scarborough, the female assistant was subject to alleged misogynistic remarks from one or two Darlington fans.
Darlington FC wholeheartedly condemns such conduct, and so if you witnessed these incidents and can help identify the culprits, then please e mail ray.simpson@darlingtonfc.org in the strictest of confidence."
