Police are appealing for information about the theft of a trailer that occurred near Malton.
It happened between 28 December 2024 and 3rd January 2025 and involved a bespoke trailer being stolen from an outbuilding.
Officers are particularly appealing for information about anyone who is selling a 16 foot CT166 Ifor Williams trailer, with a hydraulic tilt trailer bed.
The trailer was adapted for use for transporting a hot air balloon basket and other flying equipment.
It was fitted with two parallel runners and four chocks of wood.
The hot air balloon equipment was not stolen.
