Hornsea Inshore Rescue are holding an open water safety talk “Take the Plunge” delivered by Ice Warrior Andy Buttler.
It's open to groups, individuals or anyone that is thinking of doing some open water swimming.
The event is free, though donations are always gratefully received.
It's from 3-5pm on Saturday.
Andy will cover all aspects of open water swimming, all different equipment, changing robes, tow floats, wetsuit types.
Plus sea, river, lake, waterfalls, tides, after shock, hypothermia.
