Wednesday sees two events at Scarborough's South Cliff Gardens aimed at dogs and their owners.
The RSPCA have a Cool Summer event, from 10am, highlighting the importance of keeping dogs safe in hot temperatures.
There's then a giant sand art display on the beach later, at 1.30pm, with a local artist on hand.
