Whitby Town fought out a 1-1 draw with fellow NPL Premier strugglers Nantwich Town, on Saturday.
In a game of few chances, the Cheshire side took the lead, two minutes into the second half.
However, Whitby were back level before half-time when the persistent Brad Fewster fired home at the third time of asking after blocks from his marker and the Nantwich keeper.
The Blues piled on pressure right at the end but couldn't find a winner.
The point moved them above rivals Marske United but they remain in the relegation zone.
