The military planes were training 14,000ft above the Yorkshire Coast.
Steve Bowden took the images and says he was very lucky to capture them.
Steve told This Is The Coast that the larger aircraft is a KC135 Stratotanker and the "fast jets" are F15 "Eagle" planes.
They were seen taking it turns to fill the tanker up, whilst flying back and forth over Scarborough.
