Mike Shardlow shows Paddy how the fire spread so quickly and tells stories of true heroism to keep communities, businesses and livestock safe in "the biggest fire the country has seen".

In our first DEEP DIVE video, we bring you the untold stories from the Langdale Moor Fire front line, from local farmer Mike Shardlow.
Mike, from Beacon Farm in Sneaton, has been one of many local farmers tackling the fire, along with gamekeepers, contractors and firefighters who've travelled from stations across the country to battle what Mike describes as "the country's biggest ever fire".
In the video, he shows Paddy how the fire spread from Langdale End and how it crossed the B1416 to put communities near Whitby in danger.
Mike also tells of the people who've worked full nights before heading straight to work for a day's shift before heading back to fight the fire.
He also reveals a tractor run has been organised for local farmers and emergency services taking in the perimeter of the fire, so that the public can say thanks and so those involved in tackling the blaze can show their gratitude to locals.
There are also stories of a herd of sheep being saved on a small island of moorland, after a farmer dug a circular fire break around them.
No lives or properties have been lost in the fire, according to the fire service.
