A new assessment unit has seen fewer youngsters waiting in the emergency department.
Waiting times for Children to be seen at Scarborough Hospital have fallen this year after a range of new measures were bought in.
The changes were implemented following recommendations from a Care Quality Commission inspection of the hospital.
Chief Nurse Heather McNair says the changes have made a real difference:
