There are signs that Scarborough is seeing a continued increase in visitor numbers after the summer staycation boom.
Strong footfall over the summer months has helped Scarborough Businesses to recoup some of what they lost during the Pandemic.
That's the view of Scarborough Cafe owner Andrew Day, he runs the Seven Cafe on York place and says the summer has been busy.
Andrew says he was pleased that September remained busy for business even after the schools had gone back.
