The seven day COVID infection rate in the Scarborough Borough is unchanged from Friday despite an overall increase in North Yorkshire.
The borough’s seven day rate per 100,000 is at 13, the same level it was on Friday.
The overall rate in North Yorkshire has jumped from 35 to 41 and the rate for England is up 10 to 70.
Today, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is expected to announce a delay of up to four weeks on the planned end of coronavirus restrictions that had been scheduled for next Monday.
The delay will allow more people to get vaccinated as cases of the Delta variant of Covid-19 continue to rise.
The PM will hold a press conference later today to confirm the changes.
