Scarborough Athletics' Chairman says the clubs manager and fans are two of the key reasons the club is managing top sign top players.
Boro have made four signings so far ahead of the new season.
Trevor Bull says last seasons impressive performance has also helped make the club attractive to players.
In recent weeks Boro have signed Defender Alex Brown following his departure from Chester, Midfielder Harry Green from Whitby Town, striker Frank Mulhern from Farsley Celtic and attacking midfielder, Alex Purver who played for Darlington last season.
Trevor Bull says he's delighted by all four of the clubs recent signings and says there may be at least one more addition to come ahead of the next season.
Boro have also resigned Kieran Weledji, he agreed a new deal with the club last month. The full back, turned striker, was Boro's second top scorer behind Michael Coulson last season and the fan favourite agreed to stay with the Seadogs following interest in his signature.
Captain Michael Coulson has also committed to the new season with Boro along with Lewis Maloney, Dom Tear, Luca Colville, Bailey Gooda, Ashley Jackson, Will Thornton, Joe Cracknell and Jake Charles.
