North Yorkshire's Police and Crime Commissioner says drug users in the borough are funding "county lines" operations.
The Supply of drugs into Scarborough and Whitby is being actively targeted by North Yorkshire Police.
The force has been running Operation Expedite for a number of months to take proactive action against the drug supply chain.
Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Allot says that work will continue.
