The Scarborough Borough should use it's outdoor spaces as venues for cultural activities.
That's one of the recommendations in the new draft cultural strategy for the area.
Richard King is from consultancy group BEAM who have been working on the new plan.
Better support for businesses in the arts would also help the Yorkshire Coast make more of it's cultural assets according to the new strategy.
