The first of three home games to end the season saw Tony Hackworth's men lose out to an 88th-minute goal.
Bottesford Town were the visitors to Mill Lane.
Pickering also lost 1-0, last week, at Beverley.
The result officially ends any hopes the Pikes had of reaching the Northern Counties East Premier play-offs.
