Some of the care innovations introduced at North Yorkshire's GP surgeries during the pandemic are here to stay.
The county's clinical commissioning group says online appointments and being able to send photos to your GP via text are some of the things have have proven to be well received by patients.
But Deputy Director for Primary Care - Lisa Pope - says face to face appointments wont be fully replaced by the new tech.
The Clinical Commissioning Group says patients have really taken to some of the innovations including online appointments.
