A survey by the Federation of Small Business in the county suggests growing confidence among local business leaders.
Businesses in North Yorkshire are feeling more confident about the potential for growth after the easing of the lockdown restrictions.
Carolyn Frank from the North Yorkshire Federation of Small Business says their latest business confidence survey has found the mood of business leaders is improving.
The new survey by the FSB, which represents around four thousand businesses in the county, has found confidence levels in North Yorkshire are higher than the national average.
Carolyn Frank says there are an increasing number of business leaders who are seeing the potential not only for recovery but for actual business growth in the coming months, but cautions that things are still tough.
