East Riding Council's Coastal Services Team have reminded visitors to Bridlington's promenade area that the land train will be off limits for the weekend.
In a statement on Sunday, the authority said:
'Due to the Race the Waves event, there will be no Landtrain service operating on the South Promenade
(Park and Ride to the Spa service) on the 18th & 19th of June.
The bus service from the Park and ride remains unaffected.
Thank you for your understanding.'
