Service reductions by the North York Moors Railway have been further highlighted after a fire near tracks at Goathland on Friday morning.
Officers from Whitby and Goathland responded to a fire on a railway embankment just after 11am, on Beck Hole Road.
The fire was caused by sparks from a passing train.
Crews extinguished the flames using 4 knapsack sprayers and 3 beaters.
