A leading North Yorkshire businesswoman says local businesses are facing the biggest staffing crisis "of our time".
Many of North Yorkshire's Federation of Small businesses are struggling to grow due to an ongoing recruitment crisis.
That's according to Carolyn Frank from the group:
Business leaders have also thanked the public for supporting local firms ongoing COVID safety measures.
When the legal requirement for face masks and social distancing ended on Monday many forms put in place their own measures to protect staff and customers.
