Whitby Town are away at Ashton United on Good Friday in NPL Premier.
Whitby are one place and five points behind Ashton but have three games in hand.
Manager - Nathan Haslam - is hoping for a good Easter weekend after the defeat to FC United in midweek.
Haslam will be hoping to give a second outing to loan signing Ben Beals who made his debut in midweek.
The 20 year old defender has joined town until the end of the season from Middlesbrough.
Haslam was impressed with his performance on Tuesday.
Whitby Town supporters will be out on the streets of the town this weekend fundraising for the clubs "Pitch Perfect" campaign. It aims to raise £30,000 to improve the Turnbull playing surface over the next couple of seasons. So far around £5000 has been raised and this weekend the club has been given permission to carry out bucket collections in Whitby town centre.
With 11 games called off this season (nine for waterlogged pitches; two for frozen pitches), problems with the pitch have had a major knock-on effect on the football club's finances. The estimated loss that the club has had to incur due to postponements is around £25,000.
Volunteers who have any time to spare over the course of the weekend should email scottbooth@whitbytownfc.com or contact Scott Booth directly for further information.
Donations can also be made directly on the 'Pitch Perfect' JustGiving page at https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/whitby-town-pitch
