Hazel took the leading goalscorer accolade with 33 goals, followed by Brad Fewster on 11 and Marcus Giles on 6.

The hotshot was also voted players' player of the year by his former team-mates with goalkeeper Shane Bland and skipper Danny Rowe in second.
