Scarborough were again beaten in Yorkshire Premier North at York on Saturday, with a mixed picture elsewhere.
Scarborough are still looking for their first win in Yorkshire Premier North this season.
Batting first, they were again dismissed cheaply, at rivals York, on Saturday.
Tristin Van Schalkwyk top scored with 29 as Boro collapsed from 55/1 to 144 all out.
Jack Redshaw and Corey Hart took a wicket each but York strolled to their target for an eight-wicket-win inside 29 overs.
There was better news for our two YPN Championship East clubs.
Bridlington had a 36-run win at Patrington.
Batting first, Will Norman struck 86, Casey Rudd notched 53 and Russell Robinson added an unbeaten 42 as Brid posted 240/7 from their 50 overs.
The hosts then started strongly, they were 48/1 at one stage, before Brid's bowlers took control. Rudd and Ricky Robinson took three wickets each as Patrington slumped to 204 all out.
Folkton & Flixton enjoyed victory on the road at Beverley Seconds.
The villagers skittled the home side for just 119. Elliot Hatton took 3/17 and there was a pair of wickets each for Connor Stephenson and Rehaan Shyamsundar.
In reply, a 10-man Folkton & Flixton side got home by thee wickets with Harry Walmsley top-scoring with 23.
Whitby lost a low-scoring A171 derby at Guisborough, by 57 runs.
Aussie Pro Joel Lloyd (4/48) and Tom Steyert (3/41) wrecked havoc early on as Guisborough staggered to 71/7, however a crucial eight-wicket stand took them over 150.
This proved pivotal as Whitby were rolled over for just 101, only Theo Clarke, with 31 made any impact with the bat.
