Pikes are back within seven points of the play-offs after a last-gasp victory.
Man-of-the match Charlie Thompson was the hero for Tony Hackworth's men.
Runaway leading goalscorer Souleymane Coulibaly had put Pikes in front.
However their Wakefield-based hosts levelled after the interval.
Thompson then netted a 92-minute winner to make it two wins in two for Pickering, who stay ninth.
They're back in action, next Saturday, at Mill Lane, to take on Frickley Athletic, in Northern Counties East Premier.
