Snow and Ice are affecting roads on the Yorkshire Coast this morning after temperatures last night fell well below zero.
A Yellow Ice warning had been issued by the MET Office yesterday for the coast.
This morning callers to This is the Coast reported that snow was affecting traffic on the A171 between Hawsker & Cloughton Bank especially around Pond Hill.
On the A165 Snow is affecting traffic between Reighton & Bridlington.
North Yorkshire County council's network of road cameras caught the scene at Reighton this morning.

Callers to Paddy @ Breakfast reported vehicles sliding on the hills near Hunmanby.
East Yorkshire Buses reported issues caused by the conditions
Scarborough: Due to heavy snow fall resulting in traffic in the area struggling to get up the hill, Service 12A from Bridlington @ 06.30 will not operate from the Dotteril into Scarborough.

Scarborough Borough Council say refuse collection in the North of the Borough may be affected by the conditions.
