COVID is still having an effect on North Yorkshire's schools, according to an expert in the county.
The requirement for secondary School pupils to wear facemasks in lessons was removed this week as part of the easing of the COVID Plan B Measures.
But a number of schools are still struggling with staff absence both in terms of teachers and support staff.
