They lost 32-10 at Old Rishworthian.
Driffield were also beaten, 20-15, at York, in North East One.
Whitby's improved form continues, they thumped Newton Aycliffe 62-0 at White Leys Road, in Durham & Northumberland Division Three.
Top-of-the-table Hornsea won 25-17, at York RI, in Yorkshire Four North.
