There's been a fall in the number of patients with COVID but Hospital's are still under immense pressure.
The number of people needing Hospital treatment for COVID 19 in North Yorkshire is now falling but is still higher than during the first wave last year.
Amanda Bloor from the NHS in the county says we need to keep following the lockdown rules in order to reduce cases further
There are 343 patients being treated for COVID in Hospitals across North Yorkshire, 44 of them are in intensive care, 26 patients are in Scarborough Hospital which is down 16 on last week.
Amanda says the pressure on Hospitals remains immense and that staff are tired.
