Scarborough Athletics' Chairman has ambitions to continue adding capacity at the club's Flamingo Land Stadium.
Tickets for Monday's Promotion Play Off Final totally sold out on Thursday.
It means Monday's promotion play off final at the Flaming Land Stadium will be a record crowd for the venue, which has a capacity of 2,800.
However, with nearly 7,000 people trying to get tickets for the game, many fans have missed out the chance to be at the game.
Trevor Bull says it's frustrating they don't have more capacity.
Trevor Bull has praised the small but dedicated band of staff and volunteers who have been working to stage Monday's promotion play off final at the Flamingo land Stadium.
Demand for tickets was so great that the online ticket system crashed for a time on Thursday when tickets went on general release.
Trevor says the back room team have been working hard to put on the game.
This is the Coast will broadcast full commentary on the game on DAB and Online in a special programme live from the Flamingo Land Stadium on Monday from 2pm.
