Numbers are falling across North Yorkshire but Health Bosses warn that we need to maintain social distancing.
The 7 day COVID infection rate in the Scarborough Borough is now the lowest it's been since September.
The latest data shows 30 cases per 100 thousand people the north Yorkshire average is 39.
Amanda Bloor from the NHS says the number of people requiring hospital treatment is also falling.
There are now just four people being treated for COVID in Scarborough Hospital.
The latest data for North Yorkshire shows that there have been 565 new cases reported in the past two weeks. The weekly rolling average of new cases is 41 cases per day, allowing for incomplete data in the most recent days. The seven-day infection rate for North Yorkshire is 39 per 100,000 people, which remains below the England seven-day rate of 60
But Amanda Bloor from the NHS in the county warns those figures could go back up very easily and we need to stick to the social distancing rules.
