Scarborough Athletic look likely to play their home games in Bridlington next season.
The club are working with Bridlington Town on a ground sharing arrangement after confirmation that repairs to the Scarborough Sports Village pitch will take several months.
Boro Chairman Trevor Bull says they did look at a number of alternate sites in Scarborough, but couldn't find anything that works, given the tight timescales involved:
Trevor says finding an alternative home ground for next season hasn't been easy.
The 3G pitch at Scarborough Sports Village is going to be out of action for several months.
Trevor says that neither the rugby ground or cricket ground in Scarborough were viable in the short timescales involved.
