Scarborough Athletic play the first of their pre-season friendlies tonight and manager Jono Greening speaks about preparations for the new season.
Selby Town will be the visitors to the Flamingo Land Stadium for the 7:45 kick off.
New faces, Frank Mulhern, Harry Green, Alex Brown and Alex Purver are all expected to make their debuts for Boro.
Manager, Jono Greening, says the players got back together for the first time last week and says the dressing room was buoyant.
Boro Boss - Jono Greening - says after two great seasons his message to the players is simple.
Greening says the aim for pre-season is to build up the squads physical strength and says he doesn't expect players to put in a full 90 minutes tonight.
Jono says there will be a couple of players missing from the pre-season with existing injuries still hampering the return of Michael Coulson and Alex Wiles.
Ryan Cooper's Selby Town, who play in the Northern Counties Division One, will be the opponants for Boro's first pre-season game which kicks off 7.45pm.
The match will also see the first outing for Scarborough's new home kit which Jono is looking forwards to seeing in action
Turnstiles open at 6.30pm for a 7.45pm kick off. Both home and away supporters can admit via the Boro Gate turnstiles (cash only) or from the Clubhouse entrance (card payment is available). Teamsheets will be available for 20p from 7.15pm. All home pre-season friendly fixtures are pay on the gate only. All children aged 11 and under get free entry but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
