Scarborough Spa, a venue run by North Yorkshire Council, has been awarded the coveted title of "Best Town & City Wedding Venue" at the prestigious North of England Wedding Awards. The ceremony took place on Monday, 14th October, at the Centenary Pavilion in Elland Road, Leeds.
