North Yorkshire Police say they have seized a bike being used in an anti-social manner in Eastfield.
Officers say that after numerous calls from members of the public they have been able to locate and seize an off-road bike which has been ridden in an anti-social manner on public footpaths and green spaces to which the public have access to, around Hawthorn Walk, in Eastfield.
The vehicle was seized for document offences and the prosecution around the rider is ongoing.
Officers say:
"We, as a team, have been out and about pro-actively looking for these riders but we still need the support and calls from the public who are our eyes and ears on the ground.
Thank you for your ongoing support. Hopefully you can all see this issue is being looked at seriously by the team and we will continue to work around reducing the bike related ASB in the area."
