Neil Bradbury is CEO of the Scarborough and District branch.
He says the lockdowns have changed the way they work and their understanding of some of the local issues.
Neil says the pandemic has given a new focus to issues around poverty and social isolation in the Scarborough Borough.
He says they have learnt a lot from the experience.
Neil Bradbury has also praised the dedication of the staff and volunteers at Age UK who have helped to provide their services during the lockdowns.
