Six of our seven cricket sides recorded wins on Saturday with Scarborough and Driffield leading the way.
For Boro, it was a welcome return to form in Yorkshire Premier North, against Hull Zingari.
After being put in to bat, at North Marine Road, Matthew Turnbull (61) and Clarke Doughney (60) put on 109 to rescue the hosts from 58/4 to 167/5.
Scarborough eventually posted 215/9 from their 50 overs.
Zingari then collapsed to 144 all out with Muhammad Ayub taking 6/35.
Driffield Town continue their turn-around in the same division, also with a 71-run win, over York.
Noah Kelly's 71 led the way as Town chose to bat first.
They posted a competitive 253 after being bowled out from the last ball of their 50 overs.
George Drury took 4/32 and Sri Lankan spinner Methusan Thilina 3/34 as York staggered to the 44th over before being dismissed for 144.
In YPN Championship East, Folkton & Flixton are up to second after a comfortable win at Welton.
The villagers put the home side in with Ed Hopper taking three wickets for just two runs late on as Welton were skittled for 160, in the 46th over.
Callum Hatton took 3/30 and Elliot Hatton 2/23, who then blasted 53 as Folkton & Flixton got home with just three wickets down.
Bridlington are fourth after they eased past Driffield's Seconds.
However it didn't look like that early on at Dukes Park as the visitors put on a century opening partnership.
Casey Rudd's introduction made the big difference, as he took 4/22.
There were two wickets each for Steve Janney and Aussie Jordan Baker as Driff were dismissed for 206 off the last ball of their 50 overs.
Brid then stumbled to 49/5, but Baker's unbeaten 85 and John Major's 65 saw them home by four wickets, with more than eight overs to spare.
Pickering continue to lead YPN Division One East after Joe Harland fired 86 in their mammoth 313/9 at Pocklington.
The hosts were ten dismissed for just 176, with Tom Snowden taking 4/24.
Filey sit fourth as they beat Scarborough Seconds in a thriller.
Scarborough posted 147 with Filey reaching their target with just two wickets remaining.
Whitby were the only side without a win and they came painfully close at the Turnbull Ground against Wolviston.
Batting first, they posted 216/8 with Theo Clarke blasting 53 from 34 balls and Alf Jacobs adding a useful 40.
Tom Steyert took 3/66 and Steve Allen 2/43 as the visitors slipped from 212/4 to 216/7, eventually getting home with just one ball left.
The defeat leaves Whitby bottom of the North Yorkshire South Durham First Division.
