Emergency services attended an incident at the Grand Hotel in Scarborough earlier.
The hotel and surrounding buildings were evacuated on Monday morning (October 4th 2021) as a precautionary measure and the area surrounding the hotel, including St Nicholas Cliff and the Spa Bridge was been cordoned off to allow emergency service to attend.
Members of the public were advised to avoid the area.
