Filey's Coble Landing should have new public toilets before the end of June.
That's the reassurance from North Yorkshire Council after delays to a project to replace the existing facilities which closed in November.
Filey Mayor - Councillor Jacqui Holden-Banks has met with officers from North Yorkshire council and provided this update to the town council this week.
The new Coble Landing toilets are expected to be installed an opened in the week of June 12th.
Councillor Holden-Banks says there is some significant work to do ahead of that and says there will also be new facilities at the Country Park.
New changing places facilities at Bridge Hole toilets are also expected to be bought into service in the coming weeks.
The works should mean all of the towns public toilets will be available before the summer holiday season.
