Drugs remain the big focus for policing teams in Bridlington.
Humberside Police say they are working on a new operation to tackle drug related crime in the town following the success of Operation Gatehouse last year.
Inspector Andrew Beadman says drugs are the root cause of a number of problems in the town.
The new operation will follow in the footsteps of last year's Operation Gatehouse which focused on drug crime in the area.
Inspector Beadman says the new initiative will have a slightly different focus, aiming to tackle some of the towns night time issues as well.
Last year Operation Gatehouse lead to over 30 arrests and the seizure of over £16,000 worth of drugs, £15,000 worth of cash and 28 cars.
