The voices of around thirty local people feature in the postcards which are being broadcast on This is the Coast Extra.
Life on the Yorkshire Coast has been captured in new series of audio postcards which are to be broadcast on This is the Coast Extra.
Exploring themes around local heritage, coastal living and climate change the postcards feature 30 local people talking about life on the coast.
The work has been commissioned by Invisible Dust as part of a wider arts and nature project.
Alice Sharp is the artistic director for the project.
Alice says there are a range of topics covered in the series which features voices from along the coast.
The audio postcards have been created by Lucia Scazzocchio of Social Broadcasts.
The team have produced six audio postcards, we're going to be broadcasting them on This is the Coast Extra over the next few weeks starting this week with a postcard focusing on Heritage and Place.
You can find out more about the Wild Eye Audio Postcards and hear the other episodes on the Invisible Dust website.
