Scarborough Borough Council have revealed the date of a meeting they hope will help resolve a five-year legal battle involving Whitby Harbour.
A group of Whitby residents say funds raised from the harbour should only be spent on the harbour rather than other services.
Fight 4 Whitby's legal battle has meant no accounts have been officially signed off in five years.
