Humberside Fire & Rescue say three people were taken to hospital after a car crash in Langtoft on Thursday.
Officers say it happened just before 2pm, on Driffield Road, in the village.
Two people were released prior to firefighters arriving. One person was medically trapped in a second vehicle.
Crews used cutting gear to release the driver.
One adult male was airlifted to hospital.
Two other casualties were transported via road ambulance.
The incident was left with Humberside Police.
