An increase in property prices in Bridlington is being put down to the effects of regeneration and the pandemic.
Property Prices in Bridlington are experiencing something of a boom.
Tara from local estate agents D Dunk Lewis and Graves says there has been a nationwide trend for prices to increase outside of big cities during lockdown, and says the effect is particularly noticeable in Bridlington:
Tara thinks the effects of regeneration in the town and the experience of the lockdowns during the COVID pandemic have had an impact and says people are moving into the town from across the country as they look for a better work life balance.
